Please note that all orders are subject to a processing period of up to 3 working days. We also do not dispatch orders during weekends or UK national holidays.

VAT, import duty and other sales taxes are not charged on any of our orders at point of sale, unless clearly specified at checkout. For some countries, Royal Mail now offers postage with duties and customs fees pre-paid, so we are in the process of implementing these additional charges within our checkout process. Most international customers who do not see these charges at checkout may still need to pay import duties before receiving their parcel. If you require a PDF invoice as part of the import process, please send us an email at contact@swatchperfect.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

Domestic (UK) Shipping

Spend over £25 and you'll qualify for free tracked delivery - there's no code required, just select the 'free shipping' option at checkout.

We offer several different options for shipping your order. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your parcel, and our site will automatically calculate this based on the items in your basket. If you selected a tracked option, your shipping confirmation will include a tracking code which you can use to check on the process of your parcel by entering it here.

Please note that the shipping options displayed at checkout refer to advised timescales by our delivery partner - any indicated delivery estimates are not a guaranteed delivery time frame.

International Shipping

2026 Pricing Transparency Update: Please note that Royal Mail have now removed the option to send commercial goods within their 'Letter' format - all commercial packages now must be sent as Large Letter as a minimum. Unfortunately this has impacted our international postage prices for some customers who will see a small increase in the postage price at checkout.

We offer free tracked shipping to Europe on orders over £45, and to the rest of the world on orders over £65. Please note that accuracy of tracking depends on the local postal service infrastructure of the destination and transit countries.
