Refund policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Swatch Perfect order, but if not, here’s what you need to know about returns…

Damages or faulty products

For any orders where your products arrive damaged, are faulty, not as described or otherwise not fit for purpose, please get in touch via contact@swatchperfect.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a refund for the affected products, whichever is your preference.

Undelivered parcel returns

Please note you are responsible for ensuring your delivery address entered at checkout is correct. If your order is returned to us, either due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, or non-payment of customs fees, we will attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for re-packaging and re-delivery of your order.

All other returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to notify us that you wish to return your order, without needing to provide a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the products back to us. 

Returns requested after the statutory cancellation period are accepted at our discretion. Approved returns may be subject to a deduction to reflect any reduction in value of the products. 

You are entitled to inspect the products as you would in a shop. If the products have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value. 

To start the returns process, simply email us at contact@swatchperfect.co.uk with your order number and let us know you would like to return your order.

Unless the products are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. You are responsible for packing your returned order in secure, appropriate postal packaging and selecting an appropriate courier. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as you remain responsible for the products until they are received by us, and in case of loss you may wish to claim compensation from your courier.

Returned orders should be sent to the return address noted on your parcel’s original packaging. If you no longer have this, please email us via contact@swatchperfect.co.uk and we will share the delivery address.

All returned orders that meet our criteria above will have the full product cost refunded, as well as the cost of standard delivery (or the least expensive delivery option offered at checkout). Additional charges for expedited or upgraded delivery services are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned products, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
