Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UK)
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail - we offer tracked and untracked shipping at checkout, just select the option you prefer. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your parcel, and our site will automatically calculate this based on the items in your basket. All orders are subject to a processing period before dispatch, which may take up to 3 working days. Depending on the option you choose, delivery can take 1-5 days, but may take longer, especially during busy periods and holidays. If you select a tracked service, your parcel may require to be signed for on receipt, and your shipping confirmation will include a tracking code which you can use to check on the process of your parcel by entering it on the Royal Mail tracking site.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF UK)
All international orders are sent with Royal Mail - we offer tracked and untracked shipping at checkout, just select the option you prefer. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your parcel, and our site will automatically calculate this based on the items in your basket. All orders are subject to a processing period before dispatch, which may take up to 3 working days. Depending on where you are in the world, delivery usually takes 3-10 working days, but may take longer, especially during busy periods and holidays. If you select a tracked service, your parcel may require to be signed for on receipt, and your shipping confirmation will include a tracking code which you can use to check on the process of your parcel by entering it on the Royal Mail tracking site.
Please be aware that unless indicated, we are not responsible for any import tax or customs duties your parcel may attract - these will be payable by you on receipt. For more information, contact your local customs office.
We reserve the right to withdraw shipping to certain countries should issues arise - if this happens, we will update this page.
PROCESSING PERIODS / TURNAROUND TIME
Please note that all orders are subject to a processing period of 3 working days before they can be dispatched. Some items (for example, customised products) may take longer, but this will be noted on the product pages. If your order contains products with processing periods of different lengths, we will ship your order all in the same parcel when all of the products are ready.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders at weekends or during national holidays.
DISPATCH NOTIFICATIONS
After the processing period has elapsed and we ship out your package, we will send an automated shipping notification to the email you used to place your order. If you do not receive this email, please first check your junk email folder. If you can't find it, do feel free to email us at contact@swatchperfect.co.uk and we will check into the issue for you.
RETURNED PARCELS
Periodically we do have parcels returned to us as undelivered, due to incorrect addresses, recipients moving to a new address, or packages not being collected from the post office. In these situations, we will always attempt to contact the recipient to re-organise redelivery, but we reserve the right to invoice additional postage charges if required.
